	Wednesday 24 August 2011 Spanish Home-style Cooking Maria Arias has been a regular visitor to Bel Mondo and loves to talk about her native Spanish cuisine. We are thrilled that she will share her knowledge with our customers! Paella Valenciana is a meal in itself full of seafood, pork ribs, chicken pieces, chorizo and seasonal vegetables – using Paella Rice and Pan.
