We pride ourselves on our friendly service and prompt delivery and go to great lengths to source only the best quality products. Any feedback from our customers is always appreciated.
Prices
Prices are in New Zealand Dollars
Prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax of 15%)
All prices and special offers are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend these without notice. Any changes will not affect current orders.
Prices do not include delivery (which is additional)
Delivery
Delivery is added in at the checkout as follows:
Orders over $200 in the North Island are delivered free
Orders Under $200 :
North Island Metro areas - $9.50
North Island - Rural $13.00
All Orders to the South Island are charged as follows:
South Island Metro areas - $16.80
South Island - Rural $20.30
Delivery will normally be within 2 to 4 working days for North Island, and 3 to 6 working days for South Island.
Substitution
We will make every effort to fulfill your order completely as ordered. The website will only display product in stock. However, if on rare occasions we run out of stock after you have ordered, we will substitute a very similar product of equal or greater value.
Confirmation of Order
When you place an order you receive email notification confirming your order. Once payment has been processed you will be able to log into the site and get a Tax Invoice with full details including a unique order number, the order description, amount of the transaction Your card details will NOT be included.
Guarantees
We fully guarantee the products we sell in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Refunds
If you are not happy in any way with the product you receive, please return it for a full refund, as long as the products have not been opened and are in a saleable condition. If the product is faulty we will refund you in full, including your return delivery within New Zealand. If you have simply changed you mind we will only refund the value of the product, once the product has been returned to us.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please email us on belmondo@xtra.co.nz with the order number to cancel your order. You will receive an acknowledgement of your cancellation and a full refund. We expect to ship orders quickly so we would appreciate cancellations being made within 12 hours of the original order. If you cancel your order after we have shipped it, you are responsible for the safe return of the order in original condition. If you do not return it, you will be charged in full.
Purchasing Alcohol
If your order includes any liquor products you warrant that you are not under the age of 18 and legally entitled to any liquor product and that you are not under the influence of alcohol at that time.
Privacy
We absolutely respect your privacy and promise that we will not pass your details on to any other person or any other business We will hold your details, including your email address, in a database that is used by us alone, for purposes strictly limited to the running of this business and no other purpose. You have the right to view the details we hold about you. If you do not wish your details to be held on our database, or if you wish to change your details, please let us know and we will take prompt action to comply.
If you are on our database, from time to time we will email you reminders of special events or new developments on site. We will not bombard you with frequent emails
Security
Our secure online payment system is provided by the National Bank through Paystation. When you submit your credit card details via our website, the security of the connection and system is guaranteed via the SSL encryption protocol used by Paystation. Your credit card details are securely received and processed directly by Paystation. As a result we do not even see, let alone maintain a record of, your credit card details. Thus at no stage will your card details appear on any material we hold.
