SPUNTINO Italian Pizzeria & Mediterranean Cafe on Wharf Street in Tauranga. A regular visitor to Bel Mondo, Maria
has finally agreed to share her homestyle Spanish cooking tips with our customers. We are very excited !!!
The Paella Valenciana will no doubt become a firm favourite in your kitchen as it is full of nutrition and flavour.
Using Paella Rice, it includes a range of seafood as well as pork ribs, chicken pieces, chorizo and beautiful seasonal vegetables.
We love Maria's tale that Paella is traditionally prepared by the man of the home - much the same way that the Kiwi BBQ is usually controlled by the Kiwi Male !
Maria's fanastic Torta di Semolina is served with poached fruit and will be sure to please everyone in the family.
